Dan Stoner

Dan Stoner was beloved by all who knew him. Dedicated & loving in everything he did; his family, friends, & community miss him every day. Dan’s battle with cancer began in 2003. As a young single father of two he was determined to beat cancer & that is exactly what he did. Through surgery, radiation, & chemotherapy he conquered cancer and lived 16 beautiful years cancer free. He spent his time well during those 16 years and lived life to the fullest. Dan continued to care for his family, volunteered freely in his community, continued serving on the fire department, but more importantly found the love of his life & perfect match. Dan & his wife Angela created a blended family of 6 children and welcomed 13 grandchildren together. Unfortunately in November 2019 Dan’s cancer returned, much less operable and spreading fast. We said goodbye to Dan on May 23, 2020. Although he did not beat cancer a second time, Dan died a warrior and a hero and will always be remembered for this, his love, his friendship, and his kindness.
