Whitney was diagnosed with a DIPG brain tumor a week after her 10th birthday in May 2019. She has completed radiation treatment at St. Jude in Memphis. These treatments lasted the first two months of summer. She was able to come home for a fun-filled 4th of July party put on by coworkers of her dad’s and a local firework business. She completed these treatments at the end of July. She is going to be leaving for Cincinnati in the upcoming week for a clinical trial. This has been pushed back, because Whitney became sick. Whitney is a brave, fun, helpful girl with a huge heart. She would much rather be socializing than be on a device. She loves making slime and squishies! Whitney is an animal lover, and loves cuddling with her dog, Charlie.
