About the 2024 Kansas City 5K

We set a new record in 2024, with more participants and more funds raised than ever before!

Our 22nd Annual Head for the Cure 5K – Kansas City was a massive success — and a ton of fun! Despite hot weather and high humidity, Kansas Citians came out in force to support the brain tumor community. Over $325,000 was raised, which will directly support Kansas City brain cancer survivors, caregivers, research, and programs in Kansas City.
