Personal Information You Provide to Us
The information we collect on or through our Websites may include information that you provide by submitting forms on our Websites. The Head for the Cure does not store or keep on file any of the financial information provided.
Website Use Information

The information we automatically collect is statistical data and does not identify any individual users. The Head for the Cure uses the information to administer our Websites, track users’ movements around the Websites and gather information about our user base. The Head for the Cure does not rent, sell or share any personal information about individual users with any third party except to provide the services you have requested. Credit Card
If you choose to contribute to a fund or purchase merchandise on our Websites, you will need to accept the terms in addition to providing personal information including name, mailing address, billing address, telephone number, credit card number, credit card expiration date and a CCV.
Security
We have implemented measures designed to secure your personal information from unauthorized use, alteration and disclosure. Any payment transaction involving credit card or personal information provided through the Websites will be encrypted by establishing a “secure session” using Secure Socket Layer (SSL). Data Collection and Deletion
In addition to information types listed above, Head for the Cure collects the public profile name and email from social media platforms for the purpose of gift acknowledgements and tax compliance. If you wish to have any or all data collected to be deleted please contact our Data Protection Officer, to begin that process.
