Paul J. Camarata, M.D., is a professor and chair of the Department of Neurosurgery at the University of Kansas Medical Center and Clinical Service Chief of Neurosurgery at The University of Kansas Health System. Dr. Camarata’s primary clinical focus is in the treatment of cerebrovascular disorders including brain aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations, brain tumors and tumors of the skull base.
He has been in practice in Kansas City for over 25 years, specializing in the treatment of brain tumors and the expert treatment of stroke and cerebrovascular diseases. He serves on the board for the American Board of Neurological Surgery and as Past President of the Neurosurgical Society of America.
