Jennifer Lozano has her work cut out for her. She has been dedicated to providing the utmost professional and compassionate care to patients at Hoag for over two decades. She guides some of the most complex and emotionally demanding referrals through a healthcare maze and our multidisciplinary system. She demonstrates patience and provides comfort to so many who are struggling with their diagnosis and the complications of treatment. She is a also a great friend to all of those that work with her. She takes time to listen, especially after difficult situations (and there have been many). Her perspective is always appreciated and her hugs can go a long way. I am incredibly thankful that Jen Lozano is on our team!
