Laura Zuckerman was my Nurse Practitioner at Northwestern Hospital. I will never be able to truly find the words to describe her amazing care. Anytime I had a questions, concern, or just needed support she was there. Her responses were quick, thought out, and very caring. During office visits she took the time to sit and talk with me, learn about me and my family, and truly care for my needs. She helped me to face one of the most challenging times in my life and I cannot thank her enough for her support. I felt true sadness when she left the office. But I am truly grateful for her and her presence in my life!
