Brenda was the greatest chapter of my life for the past 14 years. She was diagnosed with a grade 4 astrocytoma back in 2024 at Memorial Hermann and for the past 2 years, she fought bravely against this disease until Sept 17th 2026. She was full of life before and after her diagnosis. She never let it stop her and always maintained her lust for life. In just about every picture I have of her she is always smiling and that was how she persevered until the end. With a smile. She leaves behind three sons who miss her dearly as much as I do. We plan to continue our tradition of running the 5k to honor Brenda and show our support to others battling this insidious disease, to let them know they are not alone in this battle.
