Although I would like to honor all cancer survivors and fighters…This is my amazing husband DJ and I chose to honor him as I honor him every day. DJ was diagnosed with Grade 4 glioblastoma last May and since then he has had two craniotomies, radiation, the Gamma Knife procedure, and to this day takes chemo daily and wears the Optune device. He is the strongest man I have ever met and his strength has never diminished a single bit. He is a fighter, he is a riser, a get out aliver, and my lighter throughout all the darkness. Throughout everything thrown his way he still manages to keep a smile on his face while being a voice for others going through similar life challenges.
