I am honored to nominate Lauren Neumann for the “Keeping the Faith” award. Having witnessed her journey, I am deeply moved by her relentless commitment to redefining herself in the wake of cancer.

Cancer alters the landscape of the brain, leaving indelible marks that can make a person feel unrecognizable to themselves. I have watched Lauren courageously grapple with the lasting effects of her treatment, while simultaneously, stepping into the chaos of first-time motherhood. She has been changed in the most impactful ways but has always kept moving forward. She continues treatment while being authentic to herself.

I am incredibly proud of every survivor redefining their life after a diagnosis, but Lauren’s journey forward is uniquely inspiring.
