Matt has been through countless MRIs over the last ten years for a brain tumor. He went through brain surgery and proton radiation treatment and has had to battle though recovery and depression. He has perservered through all that has been thrown his way with an amazing amount of strength. I have been extememly impressed with how he has started uning his writing to reach others who are struggling by sharing his own personal testimony. Matt will continue to have MRIs as doctors monitor his brain tumor but thanfully the tumor is shrinking instead of growing. I am very proud of my son for so many reasons but his strength and joy in life are what inspire me to want to be more like him.
