Rachel Draughn awoke her husband the night of Easter 2010 with a violent seizure that would later be determined to be caused by a grade 4 glioblastoma. Because of the seizure, she could no longer drive, yet she faithfully returned to work with a smile. She started aggressive treatments of radiation and chemotherapy only to find additional tumors had formed on her brain. So she started a higher dose, and tumors stopped growing. With more treatments ahead, Rachel maintains her courage, will to survive and her utmost belief in God’s healing powers. She continues to Keep the Faith.
Rachel lost her battle with brain cancer on Feb. 8, 2012.
