Rose is a true survivor. Inside and out. She faced brain cancer at the same time I faced sarcoma cancer. We met at Siteman cancer center down town at big Barnes. And we have been friends ever since. I cannot thank Rose enough for being a true friend through all the trials and losing my hair, and losing almost everything. But she has stayed by my side as young adult cancer patients through everything. I seriously don’t know what we would do without each other. She even took me home from a Siteman appointment becuase I was having to Uber to there and back. She’s a true MVP and we should never forget that!
