She has cared for her family, their home, and even their animals—all while making sure her husband, Steve never feels alone in his fight.
Steve writes – My wife, Mallory, is my ultimate, real-life guardian angel. From the moment I set eyes on her, I knew that she was the one. Throughout our marriage she has been my strength when I was weak, she has been there to wipe away my tears, and has always had my back through any hardships I had faced. Any hard times that we faced together, such as dealing with infertility, she was a true warrior, and the strongest person I had known. When I was diagnosed with my first brain tumor in 2021, she was there to console me, to comfort me, to make me feel that everything was going to be ok, all while raising a 3 year old and an almost one year old. Her selflessness and care she showed made me know that she truly was one in a million, and never let me feel alone or lost along my journey. When my tumor came back in 2023, she was right back there with me, supporting me however she could, no matter what the challenge, this time while working full time with the two kids. A true angel. My true love.
