Meegan embodies all that the Legacy of Love award represents. She has cared for countless patients at the Cleveland Clinic while managing numerous Neurology step down units. These patients have braved the devastating news of a brain tumor while most of them have gone through life changing brain surgeries and treatments. In May of 2023, her mother, Julie was diagnosed with a stage four Glioblastoma. Meegan took care of Julie with her family knowing the strenuous battle that was going to be endured by her mom. Meegan is a tremendous nurse. She should be honored for her integrity, intelligence and her wonderful gift of caring for others.
