My father Daniel Christopher Louden was a fighter. His doctors refused to let him run. He secretly did it against every body’s advice, (including mine). We did this 5k in 2023 and he probably shouldn’t have due to health issues. But the man loved running and I wanted him to have a good time there. This will forever be one of my favorite memories with him. We went with my friend and all ran the 5k together. My dad beat me and my best friend somehow. To the man who taught me you could do anything you put your mind to. To the man who was an incredible cyclist/runner. To the man who could make an entire room fill with laughter within minutes. Love you my strong dad. My brother and I will miss you forever and ever.
