Greg Hand

Family. Good friends. Good food. Live music. The Cleveland Indians. Traveling. These are the things that invigorated Greg.

His deep interest in people and each person’s story endeared him to those who knew and loved Greg and drew in new acquaintances as well. Being an attentive, sympathetic listener, Greg could converse with anyone about anything. He was especially conversant about all things having to do with the Cleveland Indians: players, stats, outstanding moments of specific games – he remembered them all.

Greg’s optimism, upbeat attitude, and wonderful sense of humor enlivened every adventure he undertook. He maintained these exceptional personality traits along with grace and dignity even throughout his devastating illness, expressing love and care for all his family members as long as he was able.
All of us who knew and loved Greg miss him painfully and remember him lovingly.
