Jana Almendarez

Jana Almendarez was diagnosed with a stage IV glioblastoma on June 28, 2015. She was taken from us almost 11 months later. Jana was a loving soul who fought her diagnosis from the start. She was a woman of God and leaned heavily on her strong Catholic faith during her tough battle. The words stage IV or glioblastoma never shook her spirit. Jana faced each day with a smile and positive outlook. She was a true angel on Earth who loved and lived with passion. She is survived by her husband Chris and two sons, Chase and Luke.
