Jeff was a proud U.S. Army veteran and graduate of Notre Dame University. He was a Peace Corps volunteer and later a Foreign Service Officer with USAID working with refugee resettlement organizations.
He was a husband and father and was cherished by his mother, father, brother and sister until the end. He was preceded in death by his older sister 3 years prior.
He was a shining example of how to walk in the way of the Lord and his faith was very important to him.
In the same manner he lived, Jeff faced the end of his life with grace, dignity and unwavering kindness.
In his own words he said he was “going home”.
He will forever be cherished with memories by his family and friends.
