Just a week before Thanksgiving Joe-Bob, as he was known as by those who loved him, started to slur his speech. We thought it was a minor stroke. Then as the doctors started saying things like cancer and tumors, we started to wish it had been a stoke. He had a biopsy done the day before Thanksgiving and by early February he passed away. With 6 tumors, there was no surgery, and that much radiation just seemed to make him worse. Glioblastoma is a word no family should have to hear.
Joe-Bob was loved by all who knew him. He loved spending time with his family and friends. There was nothing he wouldn’t do to help someone out. He was happy and fun loving. He was always the life of the party.
He loved taking his boat out on Table Rock Lake. He especially loved the lake because we went with a huge group of family and friends. He is greatly missed by all who knew him and love him.
