At 21 years old, Lizz was diagnosed with glioblastoma. Despite the hardships she faced, she remained strong, determined, and above all herself. On February 7th, 2014 she passed away leaving behind her loving mother Kristina, her father Rudy, and her sister Shelby along with the countless others whose lives she touched.

Lizz found joy in the things that made her feel alive. She could often be found playing the piano, letting her emotions flow through the music and in the lyrics she wrote. She loved playing video games, traveling, drawing, and listening to her favorite artists Nirvana, Evanescence, and LMFAO. The music she loved, the art she created, and the laughter she shared continue to echo within the hearts of those that had the privilege of knowing her.

Although her time on this earth was short, the impact she made is everlasting. She is a reminder to hold those you love close, be unapologetically yourself, and to cherish every moment as if it may be your last. We love you Lizz
