Louis Hendricks

In a family full of story tellers, Louis was the consummate listener. It’s rare in a world where everyone is vying for attention to find someone who was so willing to give you all of theirs. It was one of his most generous qualities. When he did tell stories, it was usually about his kids. He wasn’t a father who bragged; he was a father who appreciated. Together, Louis and his wife raised four amazing children and lived a good life, devoted to each other, to God and to their country. Louis cherished a deep appreciation for the simple things in life, he enjoyed hunting, golfing, good music, fine wine and absolutely insisted on good coffee. Master Sergeant Louis Patrick Hendricks, U. S. Air Force (retired) succumbed to glioblastoma brain cancer in Columbia, Missouri on Sunday, October 30th, 2016 at the age of 51.
