Michael had a brilliant mind and a beautiful soul. He was a proud NASA engineer who was so enamored with space that he named his cat Celeste and his dog Luna! He was a devoted husband and a loving son and brother. He enjoyed reciting puns and jokes, keeping everyone in stitches. Michael wore his Ignatius Kairos cross every day for over 17 years since his Junior year retreat. He had a great heart and was a joy to those lucky enough to have known him. He was always doing favors for people and performing random acts of kindness. He loved anything science and was always willing to share his extensive knowledge with his family and friends.  He was involved in many singing groups sang his heart out to every audience. Michael endured his trial of glioblastoma with grace, a sense of humor and without complaint. His laughter echoes in our memories and his love remains etched forever in our hearts.
