Michael Castaneda

Michael Anthony Castañeda passed away peacefully on August 8, 2018, at the age of 55. He was born on April 28, 1963 in San Antonio, Texas and was a lifelong resident. Michael enjoyed spending time with family and friends, especially his daughters, grandchildren and brothers. He was the youngest of 5 brothers. Michael lived life to the fullest and his smile and humor were contagious. He enjoyed watching and attending sporting events. His faith in God was strong, and he was very involved in church activities including participating in several ACTS retreats. He bravely fought brain cancer (Glioblastoma Multiforme Grade IV) for almost five years and never stopped hoping for a cure and never lost his faith in God You are missed very much Michael. We love you.
