Morganne “Mo” Wright was a true inspiration to so many as a cancer fighter for 4.5 years, after first being diagnosed in March 2013 with stage 4 GBM – just 3 weeks after giving birth to her identical twin daughters, Haylee & Baylee. Mo had a big heart and loved seeking donations for several cancer organizations she held dear to her heart. She looked forward to forming a team of family and friends every year to donate to various cancer organizations, raising money and walking for a cure, was a highlight of her life every year. Annually, Team Momo shirts were proudly worn and tents set up to not only honor Mo’s fight but also to support the love and compassion she had for other cancer survivors and fighters. Helping others, especially those fighting cancer, was an important part of Mo’s journey – she had a natural ability of giving comfort to individuals and families going through the fight of their lives. As a big part of Mo’s legacy, Team Momo will continue on in those ways, in remembrance of our big hearted, fierce fighter and her passion to help other cancer survivors and fighters. Mo was known first and foremost as the girl who had ”never met a stranger.” She was spunky, loyal, loving and beautiful, with a Godly outlook on life that brought about a sense of positivity to anyone who knew her. Her big smile and fun loving spirit, would light up any room she walked in to. You could always find her playing with her girls and spending time with family and friends, donning the trendiest fashions in full hair and makeup. She had a flair for decorating, crafting and upcycling. She loved hunting trips with her husband, perfectly dressing and coordinating her girl’s outfits, shopping with her Mom, joking with her Dad, long phone chats with her older sister, bossing her younger brother and sister, drinking coffee with her mother and father-in-law, attending church function with her friends and going on annual family trips with those she loved. And while she had several hobbies, her favorite things during this life were being one of His chosen, Kile’s wife, Haylee and Baylee’s mom, an Aunt Momo and an all-around family love & friend to those closest to her. Her twin daughters, were her biggest and proudest contribution to this world and she was so honored to be their Mommy. We recognize through loss and heartbreak, God does provide comfort in blessings of remembrance and legacy for our dear loved ones. For us those blessings are her mini Mo’s and biggest cheerleaders through her fight, Haylee and Baylee. Mo will be missed daily with an irreplaceable void and ache that will always exist, we rest in peace knowing she is now a beautiful angel, with us everyday in spirit. “Goodbyes are not forever. Goodbyes are not the end. They simply mean, I miss you. Until we meet again,” Mo. #teammomo
