Rhonda was the most thoughtful person you’d ever meet. She remembered the little things and always knew when to check in. Rhonda met the love of her life, Mark, when she was 20. They knew it was forever instantly and were married for 42 years that were filled with travel and adventure. They were a gold star example of a partnership filled with love, support, and friendship. Rhonda used to tell her daughters, Sarah and Amanda, that she was “not their little friend”, but as they grew into adults that is exactly what she became – their best friend. More than anything in life, she was most proud to be their mom. She was a loving Nana to Evie, George, Fitz, Benny, and Wyatt. Nana was the queen of crafts, keeper of stories, and everyone’s favorite person to snuggle. Rhonda was an avid reader, passionate traveler, die-hard Chiefs fan, and loved kayaking with friends. Glioblastoma cut Rhonda’s life way too short. She is deeply missed, will never be forgotten, and is always in our hearts.
