Shatoria Peterson was a breath of fresh air who lit up every room she walked into with her giggle and smile. On November 27, 2006, our family learned she had glioblastoma, and just two days later, on November 29, 2006, she passed away.

Shatoria had her life planned out and hoped to become a teacher one day. Although she wasn’t able to live out that dream, she left an imprint on every person she encountered.

She shared a special connection with her siblings, and her love for family was felt by everyone around her. She leaves behind special memories with her parents, siblings, and other family members. Shatoria will always be remembered for her goofiness and her beautiful smile. She is greatly missed by our entire family.
