William (Bill) Otto

Bill was diagnosed with Glioblastoma September 15, 2018 and passed away June 11, 2019. He was born and raised in Havre, MT. He was a wildlife biologist that worked for the Corp of Engineers and retired in January of 2018. Bill’s gentle loving spirit will be missed by all who knew him.
