Tim Elliott, a longtime supporter of Head for the Cure and our latest recipient of our Volunteer of the Year award in Kansas City, recently went to a local school to share his story about living with a brain tumor. He also shared more information about HFTC, and helped to raise awareness about cancer research.
As you might expect, Tim’s presentation made quite an impression. He received nearly 100 letters from students to wish him well, and to thank him for his time in presenting. Check out one of the students’ response!
