Omaha Pre-Race Information

It’s event week! We are looking forward to seeing you at the 2nd annual Head for the Cure 5K – Omaha this Sunday, April 19th at the Lewis & Clark Landing!

Packet Pickup  

Date: Saturday, April 18th

Time: 10 – 5 PM 

Where: Peak Performance (519 N 78th St.- Omaha, NE 68114)

*Sunday LATE PACKET PICK-UP:  7-8 a.m. at the Lewis & Clark Landing ONLY*

Team Captains: If you’d like to pick-up your entire team’s packets Saturday please notify Molly Walsh at molly@headforthecure.org with your team name.

8:00 a.m. Head for the Cure 5K Omaha begins

9:00 a.m. Head for the Cure Kids’ Fun Run starts

9:15 a.m. HFTC Awards and Keeping the Faith Ceremony

9:20 a.m. Top Finisher Medal Presentation

STILL NEED VOLUNTEERS

We are still in search for a few more volunteers on race morning! If you are interested in volunteering AND participating in the race, you CAN do both! Please contact Molly Walsh a molly@headforthecure.org to learn more about how you can help out on race day!

DON’T FORGET! Pancake Man!

Make sure to stick around for some hot cakes following the 5K! Pancake Man will be serving up fresh pancakes! You won’t want to miss out!

Texas Roadhouse, April 20th: Join us at Texas Roadhouse (Shadow Lake Towne Center) the day after our event. Present this flyer to your server and Texas Roadhouse will donate 10% of your purchase to the Head for the Cure – Omaha event!

Freddy‘s Frozen Custard and Steakburgers, April 23rd: Stop by Freddy’s at the Shadow Lake Towne Center location for a treat between 5-8pm.  Head For The Cure will receive 10%! No coupon necessary!
