Seattle Pre-Event Information 2016

It’s event week! We are looking forward to seeing you at the 3rd annual Head for the Cure 5K – Seattle event this Sunday, July 10th at Marymoor Park in Redmond, WA. 

Packet Pickup  

Date: Saturday, July 9th

Time: 11 AM – 5 PM

Where: Everyday Athlete (11829 98th Ave. NE – Kirkland, WA  98034)

*SUNDAY LATE PACKET PICK-UP:  7 – 8 a.m. at Marymoor Park*

Team Captains: If you’d like to pick-up your entire team’s packets on Saturday please notify Molly Moody at with your team name.

*We will be setting up on the Marymoor Pad, just next to the Velodrome 

Parking/Site Maps:

Parking is free in the designated lots below. Handicap parking will be available in the lot directly below the Marymoor Pad (Lot I). The best way to enter the park is off West Lake Sammamish Pkwy NE and follow signs to the Velodrome. Carpooling is advised. 




7:00 a.m. Late packet pickup and check-in

7:45 a.m. Awards Ceremony / Keeping the Faith Awards

7:55 a.m. Survivor Photo

8:00 a.m. Head for the Cure 5K Seattle begins

9:15 a.m. Head for the Cure Kids Dash starts

9:30 a.m. Top Finisher medal presentation

Volunteers: Have friends or family that would rather volunteer? We are still in need of volunteers on event day! Email for more information and details. We have spots open for finish line, hospitality, course monitoring, and setup. All volunteers get a HFTC green volunteer t-shirt!
