Thank you, Houston 2015!

Dear Head for the Cure Supporter,

On behalf of everyone at the Head for the Cure Foundation, thank you for helping make the 3rd annual Head for the Cure 5K Run/Walk – Houston the best yet!

It was a perfect fall morning for our signature Head for the Cure 5K.  It was an unforgettable celebration of hope and optimism for brain cancer patients, their families, friends and supporters.

We welcomed a turnout of nearly 550 runners, walkers, volunteers, donors, sponsors and well wishers — most participating with one of the 41 Head for the Cure teams supporting a loved one affected by brain cancer.

What’s more, and while we are still counting, our 3rd annual Houston event has grossed over $77,000This is a new record for our Houston event, but let’s not stop here!  We are in range of reaching $85,000.   Help us reach our milestone goal!

The pavilion at Pearland Town Center was filled with teams, a new & improved Kids’ Zone and live music! Special thanks to students from Post Oak High School for leading the Kids’ Zone and Bruce Courtney for playing music throughout the morning!
