Morgan graduated from Emporia State University with a degree in Sociology. Before her current position, she spent three years working for a non-profit organization where she helped deploy medical personnel for COVID, hurricane, and south border support. Her passion for helping people in need and the non-profit sector led her to become the development coordinator at Head for the Cure Foundation.

Outside work, Morgan enjoys reading books, listening to vinyl records, lighting candles, and spending time with her husband and dog.
